MASK OFF Foam Party
I had the incredible opportunity to plan and execute a high-energy foam party for young adults—a full-scale project where I handled everything from concept to execution, honing my skills in event planning and logistics.
I carefully selected and coordinated with vendors for finger foods, rented foam machines that were central to the party's theme, and collaborated with sponsors to secure AUD 5,000 in financial and service support. Additionally, I brought in talented local up-and-coming artists to perform, adding a vibrant and unique touch to the event.
From securing sponsorship deals to curating a dynamic experience for attendees, I ensured every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed. The project was not only a successful event but also an enriching experience that solidified my passion for event management and creative execution.
MEWO Weekly Events and others
I organize and host weekly events for the Mewo community, blending game-focused activities with engaging contests like "Guess the Song" and photography competitions, fostering creativity and connection within the group.
MEGA Events
I had the chance to contribute to the Red Bull Campus Clutch event, a global esports tournament for university students. While most of the planning and organization were handled by the Red Bull team, I assisted on the day of the event by supporting various on-ground activities as needed.
This experience gave me insight into the behind-the-scenes coordination of a large-scale event and reinforced the importance of adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. It was exciting to be part of a global initiative that celebrated gaming and brought students together in a competitive and energetic setting.
I organized weekly custom tournaments and watch parties for the Valorant Mega Discord community, fostering engagement and enhancing my event planning skills.
