Case Study: The Marketing Process of Naturals Ice Cream

This case study was a deep dive into the marketing strategies of Naturals Ice Cream, a brand known for its all-natural, fruit-based flavors. I analyzed their approach to understanding consumer needs, building value, and communicating their product’s unique story.

One of the highlights for me was exploring how they balance simplicity with quality, making them a household name while staying true to their roots.

Design: Business Card and Brand Logo

The first picture was designed as part of a role-play assignment in my Sales and Negotiation Class. I also created a logo for a start-up project during my entrepreneurial classes, which helped me identify the importance of brand image and how people view you.

Market Analysis: Home Espresso Coffee Machines

This infographic provides a comprehensive analysis of the Australian Home Espresso Machine market, covering its product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and market dynamics using tools like Porter’s Five Forces. Key insights include market fragmentation, competitive positioning of brands like Breville and Sunbeam, and industry growth opportunities driven by innovation and shifting consumer preferences.

GTM Plan: Re.Create

I developed a Go-to-Market plan for RE.CREATE, a sustainable brand turning fabric waste into custom bags. The plan included market research, target segmentation, and a multi-channel strategy featuring social media, influencer partnerships, and market stalls. A 30/60/90-day KPI framework guided product testing and launch, aligning innovation with sustainability goals.

MEWO Website

MEWO Projects

When the MEWO team started working on the website, I had no clue how to make one. I taught myself everything by watching videos and figuring things out step by step. We didn’t want to spend money on fancy tools, so we used free software (Figma).

It wasn’t easy, but I loved seeing the pieces come together. We’re still working on it, refining the design and functionality, but this project taught me a lot about problem-solving, adaptability, and learning as I go. It’s become something I’m proud of, not just for how it looks, but for everything it represents.

MEWO Monthly Newsletter

We wanted a newsletter that truly captured the essence of who we are and what we do, so I worked to design something that reflected our theme and values. Leading a team of four, we curated content that resonated with the community while creating visually engaging layouts using Canva.

Hearing positive feedback from the community made all the late nights worth it—it reminded me why I love using creativity to connect people and tell their stories.

MEGA Social Media Marketing

I worked within MEGA's Valorant subcommittee, managing Valorant-related content for Discord, Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, I assisted with general MEGA events and marketing initiatives when needed, supporting the organization's broader goals.

MASK OFF Instagram

I managed most of the Instagram posts while collaborating with the design team to create engaging content. I also organized Instagram contests offering free event tickets and sponsorship awards, such as 3-month gym memberships and free bowling tickets to drive audience interaction. To keep our followers engaged and informed, I regularly posted behind-the-scenes stories, offering a glimpse into the event preparations and creating excitement around our activities. Additionally, I worked closely with sponsors to ensure their visibility, featuring them prominently in our Instagram highlights, which helped strengthen our partnerships and increase brand exposure. All of our marketing efforts contributed to Mask Off being featured in the local newspaper.
